THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kazungu Unda Kiraga (ID/2 125573), of P.O. Box 5970-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. MtondialRokal35, and whereas the green card for the particular title cannot be traced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the green card for the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to construct a new land register and proceed with the transactions regarding the above parcel of land, and upon such registration the lost title register constructed earlier on with the precise entries shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
