WHEREAS Monica Wambui Gitura, of P.O. Box 21669, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.561 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti!Rirutal157, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards issued have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green and white cards provided no objection has been received within that period.
