APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13,(1) (a) of the
Civil Aviation Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Itifrastructure, Housing and Urban Development appoint—
JOSEPH NAKODAY0 NKADAYO (ENG.)) to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 22nd June, 2017. The appointment of Samuel Poghisio* is revoked.
