NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th May, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3444, in Volume DI, Folio 198/3444, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Wanjiku Kanyottu, of P.O. Box 16022– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Serah Wanjiku alias Everlyne Wanjiku Ndung’u alias Ndung’u W. Serah alias Ndung’u W. Evelyne alias Serah Wanjiku Ndung’u formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Serah Wanjiku alias Everlyne Wanjiku Ndung’u alias Ndung’u W. Serah alias Ndung’u W. Evelyne alias Serah Wanjiku Ndung’u, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wanjiku Kanyottu for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wanjiku Kanyottu only.
