REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jenniffer Mary Adhiambo Omboga, of P.O. Box 385, Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Siaya/Nyajuok/2223 and 1075, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2522 of 2010, has ordered that the land be registered in the name of Christine Susan Anyango Ombaka, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued thereof by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds to the said Christine Susan Anyango Ombaka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jenniffer Mary Adhiambo Omboga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
