REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Godfrey Mungai Wainaina (ID/4436268), of P.O. Box 30177, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/5752, situate in Kajiado District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the said parcel of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new register provided no valid objection has received within that period.
