WHEREAS (1) Ambrose Kinyua Mwai (ID/3200409) and (2) Alice Njeri Ndungu (ID/11000396), both of P.O. Box 489, Ol Kalou in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0481 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title No. Gilgil/Gilgil Block 1/13587 (Kekopey), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I reconstruct the green card provided no valid objection has received within that period.
