REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ali Abdulatif Ali and (2) Esha Abdi Ali, both of P.O. Box 8534–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Zeinab Ali Abdalla (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Group II/40, Mavueni, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of a conveyance registered in volume LT. XVI, Folio 350/9, File 3071, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
