Box 5169–80401, Diani in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Zenab Matran Abdalla Issa formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Zenab Matran Abdalla Issa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zenab Abdalla Matran, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zenab Abdalla Matran only.
