THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chepkwony Busienei, of P.O. Box 138, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Nandi/Kapkangani/1320, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 156 of 2016, has issued letters of administration to Obadiah Kiplagat Muge, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Chepkwony Busienei cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
