REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Kariuki Gitiha (ID/1021794), of P.O. Box 334, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 4/T. 1124, situate in Thika District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
