DESIGNATION

IT IS notified for information of the general public that the Cabinet Secretary for Health intends to designate the area described in the Schedule as an authorized cemetery. Any objection to the proposed designation may be lodged with the Cabinet Secretary within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice. SCHEDULE The area of land known as plot No. L.R. 10701/5 measuring approximately 69.5 acreas (28.1 hectares) or thereabout situate in Mugumu, Nyandarua County. Dated the 6th September, 2017.
