IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 117 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Director- General of the National Environment Management Authority appoints the persons named in the first column below as environmental inspectors in the jurisdictional units given in the second column. The environmental inspectors shall perform duties as specified in section 117 of the Act and exercise powers as specified in sections 117 and 118 of the Act. The appointment is with effect from the date of this notice.
