TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 269 OF 2016 By (1) Martha Nyabuga Mayoyo and (2) Evans Mosigisi Mayoyo, both of P.O. Box 27, Ikhonge in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosea Mayoyo Ondogo, who died at Nyamira County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2016. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2017 By (1) Milka Bosibori Asoti and (2) Everyne Kwamboka Ateka, both of P.O. Box 1764, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Momanyi Ateka, who died at Nyamira Maternity and Nursing Home, on 20th April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
