CAUSE No. 9 OF 2017 By Fredrick Suchia Ambetsa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambetsa Simwaka, who died at Esianda Sub-location, on 10th January, 1978. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2017 By Rosemary Nambiro Oloo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Indalu Aluda, who died at Cedar Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2016. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2017 By William Azere Dingili, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Kigami Dingili alias Joram Dingiri. who died at Mahangga Sub-location, on 16th May, 1988. CAUSE No. 15 OF 2017 By (1) Peninah Oresa Omudi and (2) Joyce Anzemo Omudi, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selina Mmboga Ornudi alias Serina Mmboga Omudi, who died at Ideleri Sub-location, on 29th January, 2016.
