TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2016 By (1) Hellen Kwamboka and (2) Stephen Omondi Akumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Omondi, who died at Simur Kondiek, on 15th November, 2001. CAUSE No. 72 OF 2016 By Margret Awuor Obonyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jerimia Sikuku Ogola, who died on 25th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 73 OF 2016 By (1) David Otieno Otieno and (2) Sarah Ruth Atieno Odhiambo, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Otieno Odhiambo, who died on 27th September, 2014. CAUSE No. 74 OF 2016 By Edna Adhiambo Odhiambo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Ojwang Mudaho, who died on 3rd January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
