TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 61 OF 2015 By Stephen Omungala Namayi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Namayi Etabale alias Namayi Etabale, who died at Mabole, on 30th November, 1994. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2016 By Silvan Obonyo Fulali, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Sande Oponyo, who died at Mabole, on 16th January, 2009. CAUSE No. 9 of 2017 By Jerusa Andati Mukolwe, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Ayoyi Muyale, who died at Muhaka, on 16th December, 1978. CAUSE No.10 OF 2017 By Isaac Paulo Otinga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Onditi Obati, who died at Muhaka Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2002. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2017 By Margaret Ayuma Oketa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sipiriano Olubowa alias Soriano, who died at Emasatsi, on 5th December. 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
