TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 103 OF 2017 By Peter Odera Okumu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okumu Okech, who died at Kadera Lwala Sub-location, on 8th February, 1998. CAUSE No. 104 OF 2017 By (1) Solomon Ooko Guda and (2) Elija Guda Onyango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Guda Onyango alias Guda Onyango, who died at Miriu Sub-location, on 5th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
