TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.99 OF 2016 By (1) Syprine Atieno Akongo and (2) Dancun Otieno Olweny, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Olweny Onyango, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 7th November, 2011. CAUSE No. 178 OF 2016 By (1) Janet Abigael Ogam and (2) Eve Odeny Ogam, the deceased's mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Otieno Ogam, who died at Nyamasaria. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 1 OF 2017 By (1) Rose Wanza Manga, of P.O. Box 57552-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, and (2) Patrick Maingi Manga, of P.O. Box 71755, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Fredrick Waruiru, who died on 18th September, 2016.
