TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 195 OF 2014 By Otieno Mike Ochieng, of P.O. Box 360, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Odenyo Oswe, who died on 19th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 23 OF 2016 By Joseph Oketch Aluoch, of P.O. Box 27, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Aluoch Owidi, who died on 25th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 79 of 2017 By (1) Daniel Okoth Obala and (2) Joseph Otieno Obala, both of P.O. Box 870-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Obala alias Peter Obala Ondigo, who died on 20th July, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
