TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 399 OF 2015 By Nyaga Paul, the deceased's pruchaser, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiel Ndwiga, who died at Kyeni East Location, on 19th May, 1998. CAUSE No. 86 OF 2016 By (I) Jim Muturi Ndogo, (2) Lucy Wanja Ndogo and (3) Patrick Njue Ndogo, all of P.O. Box 142, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njagi Rurima, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
