TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 240 OF 2016 By Ferdinand Waswa Maandia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maandia Sikala, who died at South Kanduyi, on 21st April, 2004. CAUSE No. 342 of 2016 By (1) Resper Nangu'nda Maina and ((2) Alice Nasimiyu Maim, both of P.O. Box 2808, Kanduyi in Kenya. the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Mutoro Mayende, who died at Tuuti, on 7th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
