CAUSE No. 218 OF 2017 By (1) Antony Otieno Onguka and (2) Ismael Owili Onguka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Onguka Owili alias Onguka Owili, who died at Konya Sub-location, Kisumu, on 23rd February, 2006. CAUSE No. 243 OF 2017 By Michael Ochieng Onyango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambrose Ndia Omulo alias Ndia Omulo, who died at Wachara, Kogony Sub-location, Kisumu, on I 1th February, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
