CAUSE No. 76 OF 2017 By (1) Magret Auma Nyawago and (2) John Otieno Nyawago, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawi Nyawago Opolo, who died at Bwanda, Kasule, Kisumu, on 26th January, 2002. CAUSE No. 105 OF 2017 By Ester Abonyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Omanya Seda alias Omanya Seda Thomas, who died on 16th January, 1995. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2017 By Peter Angira Kangre, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Kangre alias Odhiambo Kangre, who died on 13th April, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
