Morigori, Ondieki & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Jones Angwenyi Atogo, who died at Tanwek Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2012. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2017 By Bernard Davis Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 816, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Matureti Omariba, who died on 24th April, 1973.
