TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 476 OF 2015 By Evans Magwora Bwoma, of P.O. Box 331, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paustina Nyangweso Bwoma, who died at Kisii, on 17th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. 546 OF 2015 By (1) Hesbon Moriasi Okari and (2) John Mosoti, both of P.O. Box 3539, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son and cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Matayo Okari, who died along Kisii—Kilgoris Road, on 12th July, 2015. CAUSE No. 547 OF 2015 By (1) Hesbon Moriasi Okari and (2) John Mosoti, both of P.O. Box 3539, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosebera Nyanduko Bichanga, who died along Kisii—Kilgoris Road, on 12th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
