NOTICE is given that preparation of the above physical development was on 17th February, 2017 completed. The physical development plan relates to land situated within Thika Sub-County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the County Director of Physical Planning at Kiambu Town, Sub-County Planning Office, Thika, Sub-County Administrator, Thika and Deputy County Commissioner, Thika. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the County Director of 28th April, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1999 Physical Planning at Kiambu Town, Sub-County Planning Office, Thika, Sub-County Administrator, Thika and Deputy County Commissioner, Thika, between the hours of 8.00 am. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning officer, P.O. Box 2344-00900, Kiambu, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
