NOTICE is given that a petition for Winding-up of Prideinn Hotels and Investments Limited by the High Court of Kenya was on 25th November, 2016, presented to the said court by Tropicana Hotels Limited, of P.O. Box 8306340100, Mombasa, and the said petition is directed to be heard before the court sitting at Mombasa, on 12th June, 2017, at 9.00 a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
