WHEREAS Josephine Mboje, of P.O. Box 675, Voi, Taita in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.02415 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block 111/270, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
