NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of under mentioned vehicles. Reg No. Model KBH 414U Toyota Premio KBQ 967T Nissan Wingroad KAD 722M Peugeot 504 KBD 805U Freelander KBD 176N IPeugeot206 KAJ 099G Nissan Urvan KBS 599J Lincoln Signature Series Which are lying at the premises of Stantech Motors Limited, off Mombasa Road next to Mantrac (formerly Gailey & Roberts) to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehic1es are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction by Leakeys Auctioneers, Lunga Lunga Road, P.O Box 101-00507, Nairobi, without any further notice thereof.
