THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Oloo Riaga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Central KasipullKachieng/1513 and 1614, containing 0.24 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the title deeds issued on 5th March, 2009 and 5th September, 2011, respectively, got lost and the matter reported at Oyugis Police Station, and whereas transmission documents vide succession No. 46 of 2016 at the Magistrate's court at Oyugis are ready for registration, and whereas efforts to trace the said land title deeds have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of form R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 to read Masela Owino Oyieko, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Richard Oloo Riaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
