WHEREAS Rahab Wambui alias Wambui Wairire (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.088 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiganjo/Kiganjo/T. 131, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the chief magistrate's cQurt at Gatundu in succession cause No. 109 of 2015, issued grant of letters of administration to Joyce Wambui Kimani, of P.O. Box 70580, Nairobi, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Rahab Warnbui alias Wambui Wairire (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said to Rahab Wambui alias Wambui Wairire (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GA.ZETTE NOTICE No. 3881 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Samuel Muriuki M'Ibara (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ntirnallgokif6058, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High court in succession cause No. 83 of 2009, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate' of confirmation of grant in favour of Stella 'Wambui Ng'ang'a, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL 19, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Samuel Muriuki M'Ibara (deceased) the said piece of land registered in the name of is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has, been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Stella Wambui Ng'ang'a, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Muriuki M'Ibara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
