WHEREAS Mohamed Hanif Khan (ID/6731289/69), of P.O. Box 17-80400, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, is the beneficial owner of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title Nos. KwalelDiani Complex No. 382, 818, 365, 523, 550, 671 and 752, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
