WHEREAS Shadrack Mbuvi Mutiso, of P.O. Box 30000-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that semi detached Maisonette No. SDO43A, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 27409, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 127806/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the 21st April, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1925 expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period..
