THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES ACT

DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Section 4 (1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co-operatives, on recommendation of the Special Economic Zones Authority, declares the land specified in the following Schedule to be a Special Economic Zone. SCHEDULE All that piece of land being title No. L.R. No. 6170/58 and 59 measuring 700 acres and L.R. No. Eldoret Municipality Block 15/19- 132 and 15/151-126 measuring 67 acres situated in Kipkenya area and L.R.
