Box 96349-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kebiro Timothy formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kebiro Timothy and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Timothy Kebiro Akemo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describc and address him by his assumed name Timothy Kebiro Akemo only.
