No. 1870/111/189, situate in Nairobi Area, held under a lease registered as I.R. 87716, and whereas Fidelity Commercial Bank Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Kassim Sultan Khimji, and whereas sufficient evidence has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said Grant registered as I.R. 87731, is not available for registration notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
