WHEREAS Manjula Jayantilal Shah, of P.O. Box 85229, Mombasain the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that Flat No. 3 on all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, known as Mombasa/Block XXVLI661, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
