NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th October, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1761, in Volume DI, Folio 102/1633, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Lilian Akinyi Obonyo, of P.O. Box 30551- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lilian Akinyi Nasibi alias Lilian Rebeca Akinyi formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lilian Akinyi Nasibi alias Lilian Rebeca Akinyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lilian Akinyi Obonyo for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lilian Akinyi Obonyo only.
