NOTICE is given that by deed poll dated 30th March, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 189, in Volume B-13, Folio 1713/11609, File No. 1637, by our client, Caroline Wambui Kuria, of P.O. Box 61-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Caroline Wasnbui Kihara formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Caroline Wambui Kihara and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Caroline Wambui Kuria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Caroline Wambui Kuria only.
