Box 262, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0075 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Machakos, registered under title No. Machakos/Municipality Block 11/207, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period. GAzErra NOTICE No. 5260 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Paul Kinguru Ngoto (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiine/Gacharo/1455, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Baricho in succession cause No. 106 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Kagai Wanjohi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued thereof by the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to the said Kagai Wanjohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Kinguru Ngoto (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
