NOTICE is given that the County Government of Isiolo is in the process of finalizing t 2°171S Budget for the above period. Public participation in financial matters is enshrined in the Constitution of Kenya and Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It is key requirement in the budget making process that ensures good governance, integrity, transparency, accountability and sustainable development as recognized in Chapter Six, Article 10 of the Constitution of Kenya. The County Government of Isiolo therefore invites members of the public, leaders, organized groups, professional to take part in this budget process through submission of memotanda'proposal on priority of projects and programs to be pursued by the County Government of Isiolo over the above period. Submissions on the possible sources of funding for the projects, strategies and cost saving measures and investments. The Ward Public Consultative forums will be held in the listed venues.
