IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the Cabinet Secretary for Education has constituted an Advisory Committee on the Relocation of Kenya Technical Trainers College to the Kenya Science Campus, University of Nairobi. The Advisory Cotnmittce shall comprrie of the following: The Chief >f Staff aai Head o' tjnlic Service —(Chairperson). The Principal Sccretar, Vocational and Technical Training. The Principal Secretary, University Education. The Principal Secretary, The National Treasury. The Ptircipal Secretary. Land an Physical Planning. The Principal Secretary, Foreign .ffairs. The Chair, University of Nairobi Council. The Chair, Kenya Technical Trainers College Council. The 'Secretary, Teachers Service Commission. The Taco's if Reference (TORs) for the Advisory Committee are: Apove the implementation framework prepared by the *chnjcal Committee within the first one month of gazettement. Oversight the relocation of KTTC to KSC in line with the constitutional requirements. Advise on the efficient and effective utilization of human and material resources. Direct students placement to the two institutions during the relocation period. Co-ordinate with the relevant Government Agencies on the renovations and constructions at both the KSC and the proposed new site 01 KSC. Guide the Technical Committee to ensure that relocations are successful and in line with Government policies and legal frameworks.
