TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.44 oF 2016 By Shadrack Kinyeu Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willis Mwang'ombe Kinyeu, who died at Wusi SubJocation, on l4th Augusr,20l6. CAUSE No. 50 oF 2016 By (l) Thompson Josai Mwawasi and (2) Japheth Mwasaru Mwawasi, both of P.O. Box 464-80300, Voi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mwawasi alias Thomas Mwabosi Shibu alias Thomas Eliashibu, who died at Kishau-Kiweto in Taita, on l6th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue tie same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days ftom the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya GaTette.
