THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Annapurna Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, of P.O. Box 83533, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as subdivision No. MN/11756, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as Lt. No. 8, Folio 293, File No. 378, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the folio in respect of the land title deed has been lost /destroyed, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the folio as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
