TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this Court in: CAUSE No.3 OF 2015 By (1) Timothy Wekesa Saasia and (2) Ernest Khaemba Wanjala, both of P.O. Box 34, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Saasia Sichangi, who died at Sikhendu Sub-location, on 6th December, 1987. CAUSE No. 18OF2017 By (1) Philip Murumba Karani and (2) Solomon Kakai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noel Nanjala Karani, who died at Milima Location, on 1st October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
