TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 69 OF 2016 By Edward Otieno Ochware, of P.O Box 26, Nyabondo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ochware Angeng'a alias Ochware Angeng'a, who died at Kadianga East, Kisumu, on 3rd October, 1994. CAUSE No. 175 OF 2016 By Christine Adhiambo Opiyo, of P.O. Box 72, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vjtalis Odera Migowe, who died on 20th August, 2000. CAUSE No. 186 OF 2016 By Elvis Otieno Muga, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Atieno Obonyo, who died on 15th November, 2016. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2017 By Jackson Toto Atito, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Atito Odeny, who died on 24th March, 2009. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2017 By Kennedy Omondi Gombe, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Charles Gombe Oyieko and (2) Siprosa Awiti Gombe, who died on 5th January, 1997 and 3rd May, 2004, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of pttblication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
