TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: By (1) Patrick Ekodi Ongelech and (2) Janerose Akwii Omukada, both of P.O. Box 119, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Abuna Ekodi and (2) Omukada, who died at Ng'elechom Sub-location, on 10th October, 1993 and 16th October, 2002, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
