TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In: CAUSE No. 96 OF 2017 By (1) Ayub Ochieng Orende and (2) Stephen Ouma Dada, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Orende Adacha alias Pitalis Orende alias Vitalis Orende, who died on 20th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 71 OF 2017 By Wycliffe Obare Oketch, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wellington Okech Obare alias John Wellington Okech, who died on 21st September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
