GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3031

PURSUANT to the legal Education Act No: 27 of 2012, it is notified for general information that registration for the July, 2017 Council of Legal Education Bar Examination will cothmence on Monday, 3rd April, 2017 at 9.00 am. Candidates will be required to register by completing Registration Form CLE-EXOI (for first sitting) or CLE-EX02 (for resits). The forms may be downloaded from Council's official website on www.cle.or.ke. Instructions on the filling in of the forms and documentation to be attached is also available on the website. All fees and charges are payable to Council of Legal Education, National Bank of Kenya, Hill Branch, Account Number 01023033161101. A valid deposit slip will be accepted as the only evidence of payment and must be attached to the registration - documents. The requisite fees are as indicated in the Students Guide on the Bar Examinations which can be viewed or downloaded from the Council's official website. All information regarding the Bar Examination is also provided in the Guide. The duly filed form the CLE-EXOI or CLE-EX02 MUST,be submitted to the Council of Legal Education offices at Karen Office Park, Baobab Block, gromd Floor on or before Friday 28th April by 5:00pm. 31st March, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1301 A list of all registered candidates will be published on the Council website one (1) month after this date. NO forms will be accepted after the due date and neither will incomplete forms be processed. Candidates are encouraged to register within the specified period to avoid inconveniences.
